Gauvain 77d3bc2563 refactor: remove unused clearAllCredentials and log diagnostics helpers ...

clearAllCredentials() (secureCredentials.ts), clearLogs() and
dumpDownloadDiagnostics() (log.tsx) have no callers anywhere in the tree.
Carried over from the original #1347 cleanup.
