chore(filters): remove dead gorhom sheet components

MediaSourceSheet was imported nowhere, BitRateSheet was only used for
its BITRATES constant (a byte-identical duplicate of the one in
BitrateSelector), and FilterSheet lost its last consumers with them.
MediaSourceButton now imports BITRATES from BitrateSelector, making it
the single source of truth. This removes the last per-instance
BottomSheetModal usage from the filter stack.
